I’m not your typical instructor. I’m going to help you tone and strengthen your body AND your relationship to yourself.

My classes are perfect for those who haven’t worked out in a while, Pilates beginners, folks recovering from illness or injury, those with big dreams for themselves but haven’t started yet.
